These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rc777 ("rc777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rc777.im and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

rc777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. While rc777 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary interruptions.

rc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where rc777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• The player's account is implicated in a money laundering or AML investigation.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to rc777.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks have been completed. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure in all circumstances.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the rc777 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions or open bets.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rc777 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between rc777 and a player, the following process applies:

2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the player's satisfaction at Step 1, the player may request escalation to rc777's senior compliance team. The compliance team will conduct a full review and issue a written determination within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the compliance team's determination, the player may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under rc777's international gaming licence. Players retain the right to pursue legal remedies through the courts of competent jurisdiction at any stage of the dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary.
